Burglary and grand larceny suspect captured

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

The search is over for a Hattiesburg man allegedly involved in a burglary and grand larceny incident.

Larry Waldon was taken into custody by Hattiesburg police in the 1000 block of Main Street after a traffic stop of a stolen vehicle.

Waldon was wanted in connection with the crime that happened in the 100 block of North 32 Ave.

According to a police report, Waldon entered an apartment window while the victim was still inside, stole belongings and a car which was later found.

Waldon is currently booked into the Forrest County jail and is charged with residential burglary and two counts of auto grand larceny.
