Cashier prints lottery tickets worth $64,000 for herself

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Police say a cashier at a drug store illegally accessed the store's lottery ticket machine and printed tickets for herself valued at about $64,000.

Ashleigh Polston is charged with unlawfully accessing a computer and theft. According to her arrest report, she admitted printing numerous tickets without paying for them over the course of three months while working at the CVS at 501 S. 4th Street.

Polston also admitted to cashing some of the tickets, but the report did not specify how much money she actually received.

    Fifth-ranked Jones County Junior College relied on different methods to come up with a pair of Mississippi Association of Community and Junior College baseball victories at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. The Bobcats (29-7, 14-4 MACJC) rallied for two runs in the top of the ninth inning to win the opening game 4-2, then jumped out to 10-0 lead after three innings in the nightcap before holding on for a 14-9 win.
