One woman is charged and Dothan police continue searching for two others connected to the theft of more than $600 in merchandise from an area department store.
Cecila Helms, 35, and two unidentified women were seen entering the Belk's Department Store where police say they took merchandise without paying.
After police asked the public to help identify the suspects, Helms turned herself into police on August 13. She is now charged with second degree theft of property and is being held on a $2,500 bond.
Investigators continue to seek the public's help in identifying the other two suspects wanted for questioning in the theft complaint.
