MORGAN CITY, LA (WVUE) -

Police have arrested a man connected to a drive-by shooting that ended with three people arrested and the alleged mastermind exposing her genitals to a corrections officer.

Morgan City police said several shots were fired during an incident on June 27 in the Oak Street area. Detectives said they discovered evidence that Justin Price, 25, fired the shots from a vehicle being driven by another man.

Officers believe the men were directed by Devan Serpa, 29, who was booked on Sunday with being a principal to the illegal use of a weapon, being a principle to aggravated criminal damage to property. She was also charged with obscenity after showing her "genital area" to a male officer, according to police.

Price turned himself in to the Morgan City Police Department on Monday and was booked with illegal use of dangerous weapon or instrumentality and aggravated criminal damage to property. He is being held on a $15,000 bond.

The alleged driver, Patrick LeBlanc, has also been arrested. It is unclear what charges he faces.

No one was injured in the shooting.

The investigation is continuing and police are asking those with any information regarding this or any other incident to contact the Morgan City Police Department Detectives Division 985-380-4605.
