BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - I-10 East remains backed up in Baton Rouge, but all blocked lanes have been reopened.

All lanes are now open on I-10 East before College Drive and on I-10 East at Perkins Road. The lanes were reopened around 10 a.m.

Congestion was still to LA 415 on I-10 East and Florida Boulevard on I-110 South shortly after the lanes opened up.

The three right lanes were blocked on I-10 East before College Drive, as well as the College Drive exit and Acadian entrance on I-10 East, due to what traffic officials described as "debris in the roadway."

I-10 West was also heavy from the I-10/I-12 merge to past Acadian. I-110 South was slow at I-10.

I-12 West was backed up between Millerville and O'Neal due to an accident that blocked the left lane.

There is no estimated time on when traffic will return to normal.
