Man charged after found sleeping in stolen vehicle

SUMRALL, MS (WDAM) -

Lamar County authorities apprehended a manwho was sleeping in a stolen vehicle in Sumrall.

Accordingto Lamar County Sheriff Danny Rigel deputies arrested and charged Matthew Thompson with receiving stolen property.

Rigel stated Thompson was in possessionof a Honda Civic outside of an undisclosed residence in the Sumrall area.

According to Rigel, Thompson also had a hold on him from Panama City, Florida.

The library is striving to be a tech-savvy environment where not only teens but senior citizens can keep up with the advancement of technology through their cell phones or computers.
