Jones County authorities are looking for a man who fled after being questioned about counterfeit money he had in his possession.
Thirty-year-old Jason Creel and his wife, Melissa, were trying to purchase goods at Davis Grocery on Lower Myrick Road when the money they were using turned out to be fake.
Melissa was arrested, but Jason ran away.
He is described as being 6' 3" and weighs around 175 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.
Creel has previously plead guilty to manslaughter charges in Jones County and received a 20-year sentence.
Creel also has an aggravated simple assault on a police officer charge in Forrest County that he plead guilty to.
