HPD solves grand larceny case

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

A Hattiesburg man is behind bars after turning himself in without incident to local authorities.

Jason Husband turned himself in to Hattiesburg police Wednesday evening in connection with an April 24th grand larceny at Turtle Creek Mall.

According to an HPD incident report, Husband dressed as a security guard and assisted Saquita Gavin in stealing merchandise from a department store. Gavin was apprehended by Hattiesburg police at an earlier date.
