A Grundy County man who was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's "Top 10 Most Wanted" list on Tuesday has been arrested in Arkansas.

Samuel Arthur McCurry, 47, was arrested in Fordyce, AR, on Wednesday night.

The TBI says McCurry may have traveled to an acquaintance's home in the area to hide from police.

McCurry was wanted on four counts of aggravated sexual battery and rape of a child.

The TBI says McCurry failed to appear in court for those charges on June 4.

As of Thursday morning, McCurry was being held without bond in Arkansas awaiting extradition to Tennessee.
