Lauren Rogers Museum to hold Blues Bash

LAUREL, MS (WDAM) -

The Lauren Rogers Museum of Art will hold it's 21st annual Blues Bash on Friday from 6:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. on the Museum's front lawn.

This year's event will feature music by Claudette King, daughter of blues legend B. B. King.

Proceeds from the event will go towards the Museum's education program. The public is reminded to bring a lawn chair and blanket.

Tickets are $25 each and include a barbecue dinner from The Smokehouse of Laurel. Patrons may purchase tickets in advance by calling 601-649-6374 or by paying online at www.LRMA.org and clicking on the "Donate Now" button. When paying online, please specify the payment is for Blues Bash tickets.
