DURHAM, N.C. -

Durham police arrested three teens hiding in the bathroom of a store they attempted to rob Friday evening.

Police say three teens wearing bandanas over their faces and armed with guns entered Soletez Boutique, located at 4400 North Roxboro Street, around 5:31 p.m. and demanded money and shoes.

The men had duct taped the employees' hand and feet and were attempting to leave when the officers arrived.

Responding officers saw the back door of the store close when they arrived, and found the three suspect hiding in the bathroom.

Officers arrested Naeem Deonte Jones, 18, Demonte Meadows, 18, and a 13-year-old on charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of second-degree kidnapping and assault by pointing a gun.

Meadows was additionally charged with possession of a stolen firearm and the 13-year-old was charged with possession of a firearm by a minor.

Jones and Meadows were both placed in Durham County Jail under $250,000 bonds and the juvenile was placed in a youth facility.
