MS Tea Party member arrested in connection to Cochran's wife photograph

JACKSON, MS (WDAM) - Kevin Camp, attorney for blogger Clayton Kelly, has confirmed that two additional arrests have been made in connection to the photograph of Senator Thad Cochran's wife.

He tells us that those two individuals will be in court today in Madison, but he does not know what they will be charged with.

We've been able to confirm that Attorney Mark Mayfield will be in court in Madison today. He is a member of the MS Tea Party.

Attorney John Reeves says he and Coxwell and Associates will represent Mark Mayfield. He can not confirm yet what charge Mayfield will face.

Madison/Rankin County District Attorney Michael Guest has confirmed that the third suspect arrested is Richard Sager from south Mississippi.

Camp tells us that his client, Clayton Kelly, will now also face a charge of conspiracy, his third charge in this case.

The 28-year-old blogger allegedly went into a nursing home and photographed the bedridden wife of Republican U.S. Senator Thad Cochran without permission and posted an image online as part of an anti-Cochran video.

Rose Cochran has lived at St. Catherine's Village since 2000 and we are told she has dementia.

Kelly is also charged with a felony, exploitation of a vulnerable adult, photographing an individual without permission.
