BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) -

Police have released the names of the victims in Sunday's double homicide on Mother's Day.

24-year old Jacqueline Darlene Beadle and 26-year old Karyl Ann Cox were found shot to death around 8 a.m. Sunday at their home in the 3000 block of Bragg Street.

Police say it was Beadle's mother who discovered the bodies after going to the home to check on her. The grandmother had gone to there to check on Jacqueline after not hearing from her since Friday when she dropped her child off at her mother's home for babysitting.

Bossier City spokesman Mark Natale says detectives are continuing their investigation and their attempts to identify a suspect or suspects.

Bossier Crime Stoppers is offering a $1000 reward for information that leads to an arrest or arrests in this case.

Bossier Crime Stoppers can be contacted by calling (318) 424-4100. Tips can also be submitted on the Bossier Crime Stoppers website. Natale says people who contact Bossier Crime Stoppers are reminded they can remain totally anonymous.
