ROGERSVILLE, TN (WJHL) - More than a dozen people are displaced tonight after a fire damages part of an apartment complex in Rogersville.

The fire happened just before 2 p.m. Sunday at a senior citizen's housing facility on 128 Burton Road.

According to Rogersville Police, the fire started in an upstairs apartment and spread into the attic. That apartment received extensive fire damage, while the apartment below it received water damage. No other apartments were damaged during the fire, but all 16 units were evacuated.

Investigators told News Channel 11 they believe the fire was a grease fire, but it's still under investigation.
