GREENE COUNTY, TN (WJHL) - Two women have filed a class action lawsuit against a former Greene County probation officer, claiming the man harassed them while they were on probation.

According to the Greeneville Sun, the lawsuit was filed in Greene County Circuit Court Friday on behalf of Jessica Nelson and Crystal Schuck.

The suit claims former probation officer Damon Smith sexually harassed them while they were on probation under his supervision last year.

The suit is seeking $8 million in damages from Smith and the agencies that employed him.
