(WMC) - Memphis police have charged a woman with running over her boyfriend outside of a skating rink.

According to the affidavit, police arrived at the intersection of Mt. Moriah Road and Sonora Drive late Friday night and found 32-year-old Arthur Abark lying in the street. His girlfriend, 31-year-old Tasha Martin, had allegedly hit him with her car.

Martin's 2005 Pontiac Sunfire had a broken windshield and fresh blood on the hood, headlight, and driver's side door.

The victim sustained injuries to his arms and was transported to Regional One Medical Center in non-critical condition.

Martin was arrested and charged with domestic aggravated assault. She was released on a $5,000 bond.
