Southern Miss baseball is back in action to face Louisiana Tech Friday at Pete Taylor Park.

The Bulldogs come into the matchup losers of ten of their last eleven games and hold a 4-14 mark in Conference USA play.

Even with a supposed weak opponent, head coach Scott Berry said after the team's loss to LSU, the Eagles won't take anyone lightly.

"The message was I hope that Louisiana Tech is on the receiving end of our loss tonight. I hope everybody is not happy about what happened and they're ready to get back out there and redeem themselves."

First pitch is set for 6 p.m.
