ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Payton Mann hammered a bases-clearing double in the bottom of the seventh, then scored the go-ahead run to complete a comeback win over East Georgia Tuesday.

The Cavs trailed the Bobcats 6-2 in the bottom of the seventh. With no one on and two outs, a rally looked like a long shot.

But Hill Thomas sparked the comeback with his second bunt hit of the game. Thomas would later score on Luis Salas RBI single to cut the lead to three.

The Cavs then loaded the bases for Mann.

Sophomore Davis Adkins held the Bobcats with 2.2 shutout innings to pick up the win.

The Cavs move to 12-11, and 8-1 at home.

The Bobcats will look for a little revenge this weekend when the Cavs travel to Swainsboro for a three-game series.
