Missing child found at home on Elliot St., father in custody

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A baby taken from the Angels Child Care and Enrichment Center Tuesday by her father has been found safe at a home on Elliot Street.

Her father, McCoy Robertson III is now in custody.

Police said Robertson III, 21, took his daughter Malaysia Robertson, 1, at about 12:30 p.m. from Angels Child Care and Enrichment Center in the 800 block of West Bowden Street.

The daycare worker sustained minor injuries but did not require treatment.

Parents can now pick their children up.
