Gov. Bryant closes state offices impacted by winter weather

JACKSON – After consulting with the National Weather Service, Gov. Phil Bryant has closed all state offices impacted by winter weather, including those in the Jackson area Capitol Complex, for Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014.  State agency directors have discretion on bringing in essential personnel for the day.  Gov. Bryant and the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency will continue to monitor the winter weather situation overnight and make further decisions as needed.
