The Consumer Products Safety Commission has issued a recall of Playtex pacifier holder clips. The recall comes after word came of a choking hazard, CPSC officials said.
More than a million holder clips are being recalled, because they can crack and break, the CPSC said. Those little pieces can wind up in a baby's mouth.
They were sold from July 2010 through October 2013 nationwide and online in three designs.
