(RNN) - Most West Virginians can drink their tap water again after a chemical leak forced officials to issue a no-use order last week.

Officials are advising pregnant women to continue drinking bottled water out of an abundance of caution.

The U.S. military said it has received new video of an American soldier held captive in Afghanistan. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was taken captive in 2009 and is believed to be held by a Taliban-aligned group. The new video has not been released to the public or media.

J.C. Penney announced it will close 33 stores and lay off about 2,000 people. Closures will run from this month until May.
