(RNN) - No. 10 Florida starts SEC play Tuesday night when streaking South Carolina comes to Gainesville. The Gators (11-2) are 12-5 overall and undefeated in eight SEC openers at home under coach Billy Donovan. The team is getting solid scoring punch from Casey Prather, averaging 17.3 points per game and shooting a blistering 61 percent from the floor, which leads the league.

The Gators are the SEC's highest-ranked team entering the contest and have won 24 straight at home.

South Carolina has won four in a row, getting a lot of help off the bench from Tyrone Johnson, who scored 35 points in the past two games. Brenton Williams has been a consistent point producer, averaging just over 18 per game.

The Gamecocks, the SEC's worst shooting team at just over 43 percent from the floor, are coming off a lackluster 82-75 win over South Carolina State their last time out.

The game airs at 7 p.m. ET on CSS.
