Remembering the Pine Belt: James Kimball Davis

"His name is James Kimball "Kim" Davis, My true love. If you have ever wondered what perfection is like in a marriage, I was allowed to live it for 8 1/2 years. He had a love for life, laughter, family and friends that was unable to be measured. He died doing something he loved, driving OTR for Larry Jones Trucking. Life is not the same and barely survivable for me. He left this world gaining his wings on October 26,2013. I know that he is still with me otherwise I don't know if I could put one foot in front of the other day after day. But my heart aches to see that face, feel his touch and hear that laughter just one more time. He is so very missed by so many people. The only comfort is knowing that when he gained his wings he joined his beautiful daughter April and a host of friends and family. May God bless each family who has posted here. And from the bottom of my heart I thank you for remembering the regular people who have left us and a little of their life." - Jan Davis
