Remembering the Pine Belt: Norvell Brewer

"My story starts 4 years ago when my Mother had a massive stroke leaving her in a nursing home with little brain function. I watched my Daddy grieve for her everyday. In late October he went through by-pass heart surgery. He got to go home one day and the next morning we couldn't wake him up. His blood sugar dropped and to make my story short, he ended up with severe brain damage from lack of oxygen. We fulfilled his wishes and took him off all medical care and he passed 2 days later. He was our rock and our Daddy. We miss him so much and our hearts will never be full again. So I'm sending this picture in his honor because he loved my Mother so much. He will forever live in the hearts of his children."
