HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

The community pulled together to replace Christmas presents stolen from Madison County DHR.

High-dollar electronics intended for teenage foster children served by Madison County's Foster Children's Alliance were stolen from a storage building Sunday night. The gifts included dozens of devices like tablets, televisions and cell phones.

After reports of the theft aired, several people came forward to donate to the program so children can have Christmas gifts.

According to FOCAL, they have already raised enough money to replace every stolen item.

The organization will still take donations from people interested in contributing. They said the money will go directly to a foster child in some capacity.
