Midday Guest: Leander Bridges with Laurel High Christmas with the Arts

LAUREL, MS (WDAM) -

Today's Midday Guest was Leander Bridges with the Laurel High School Choir's Christmas with the Arts program.

The Christmas with the Arts program will be December 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the LHS auditorium. The program will feature the LHS select and concert choirs, the concert band, drum line and Golden Girls, and the Nora Davis Magnet School Show Choir.

A donation will be taken at the door.

    After losing the first two games of the season by a combined five points, Collins has won 12 consecutive games to advance to the class 2A South State title. The Tigers (12-2) defeated Bay Springs 22-8 on Friday to advance to a south state matchup against Taylorsville (13-1). Collins scored twice in the fourth quarter to overcome the Bulldogs on the road. "I feel great," said Collins head coach Eric Booth, a former USM running back.
