Forrest county woman wants hunters to be more mindful of her property

FORREST COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

Past the Highway 49 Flea Market and down Jay West Road lives a woman named Teresa Stuard who owns 30 acres of land.

She says she was recently greeted by a group of hunters shooting deer right behind her home.

She said anytime she hears a gun go off, she is forced to run outside and tell the hunters to go away.

She says she fears for her life, and wants hunters to be more aware of where they pull their triggers.
