11th suspect featured on WSFA CrimeStopper Action Line arrested

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

A month after WSFA 12 News launched a special CrimeStoppers Action Line, we can confirm that the 11th suspect connected to the segment is under arrest.

The slideshow on WSFA.COM has also been viewed more than 225,000 times!

While the action line has closed, the bookings continue. You can still call 215-STOP to report information on a suspect you've seen.

All during our newscasts back on Nov. 14, WSFA 12 News put photos on the lower portion of the screen showing you suspects who investigators are looking for. Numerous people called in with their anonymous tips.

Thanks to your tips, some of Central Alabama's most wanted criminals are off the streets. Officers gained dozens of valuable tips to help continue their search for other suspects, even getting one collect call from a Central Alabama prison!

Those arrested include: 

#10 Keaundra Grant- Fugitive from the state of Georgia.

#15 Milton Bethune -Wanted for possession of marijuana 1st degree.

#16 Twana Blakes - Wanted for failure to appear, theft of property 1st and identity theft.

#17 James Kittrell - A tip came into the call line the night it was broadcast but Kittrell had already moved. The tipster continued to call with new information until Kittrell was arrested Dec. 3. He's now charged with theft of property, possession of a controlled substance and giving false info to police.

#18 Stephen Hornsby - He was captured in Ohio by U.S. Marshals who worked a tip for the last month. He was wanted on burglary and theft charges.

#21 Robert Holley -Wanted on 2 counts of domestic violence harassment. Currently awaiting sentence for 2nd degree assault. Known to be armed and extremely dangerous.

#22 Judy Hall-Baker- Wanted for theft of property in the 1st degree. Accused of stealing jewelry from business where she was employed. Last known to live in the Prattville area.

#23 Kelvin Cooley - Wanted for assault/ violation of the Family Protection Act

#33 Anthony Matsushino - Wanted for stealing numerous guns while on contracted remodeling work in Wetumpka.

#48 Brenton Edwards - Wanted for domestic violence 3rd (reckless endangerment).

#49 Richard Harris- Wanted for Robbery and Kidnapping.

    Though she stands at just 4-foot-10, Aimee Durn is a force for the Jones County Junior College women's soccer club. The short freshman from England is a big reason the Lady Bobcats are 5-0-1. "They say big things come in small packages and that's very true for Aimee," said tenth-year JCJC women's soccer coach Dolores Deasley.

    After a week without a football game, the University of Southern Mississippi may be getting some of their walking wounded back as the Golden Eagles prepare to open Conference USA play Saturday with a visit from the University of North Texas. But USM will be down an assistant football coach. USM coach Jay Hopson confirmed Monday that running backs coach Lytrel Pollard was “not with us right now.”
