Midday Guest: David McPhail with Operation Christmas Child

Today's Midday Guest was David McPhail with Operation Christmas Child.

Operation Christmas Child is a shoe box Christmas gift event through Samaritans Purse International Relief.

Pine belt citizens can fill a shoe box with school supplies, toys, hygiene products and hard candies for a needy child in over 130 countries who may not receive a Christmas gift.

The box must include $7 for shipping charges.

Once the box is filled, citizens can take their boxes to the nearest drop-off location. To find a drop off location in your area, go to samaritanspurse.org and enter your zip code for a list of drop off locations.

For more information about Operation Christmas Child, go to www.samritanspurse.org.
