CPSC issues recall of Crate and Barrel Finley Pendant Lamps

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says it's lights out for Crate and Barrel Finley Pendant Lamps.  The CPSC is recalling nearly 20,000 lamps.

Officials say the wire can be connected incorrectly – posing shock and fire hazards.

The commission says if you have one of these lamps, stop using it and contact Crate and Barrel for a replacement or refund.
