TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Two men charged in connection to a stabbing at the University of Toledo's Greek village Friday appeared in court Monday.

According to university police, a group of about six men got into a drunken fight that led to the stabbing. Police say the group was mixed with students and non-students.

Domenic Hudson is being charged with felonious assault, failure to comply, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest. Police caught him after a short chase ensued following the fight.

Joseph Bialecki was also arraigned on felonious assault charges. Court documents say he stabbed Cody Halka, who is not a student.

Bialecki's bond was set at $15,000, while Hudson's was set at $30,000. Both are due back in court in late September.

The case is still under investigation. Halka is expected to recover from his surgery.
