The North Forrest Eagles are under new leadership this season with the addition of former East Marion head coach Anthony Dillon.
North Forrest finished 3-7 last season, while Dillon's East Marion squad earned a berth in the South State title game.
The Eagles hope that Dillon can duplicate the success he experienced at his previous job, something that the new head coach won't let his team forget.
"Those guys are really getting tired of me talking about the success that we had at East, but I just told them I pushed them to the limit and those guys started believing in the system and what I was telling them was right an it proved. It showed we won games," Dillon said at practice.
"And these guys are starting to believe that too. They're working very hard at practice. We're excited. So ready for this season to get started so these guys can get some proof of what we've been doing all summer will work."
North Forrest opens the season against Purvis August 23rd.
