    After nearly two hours of deliberation a Greene County jury returned with a unanimous death penalty sentence for Justin Blakeney. Blakney was charged with capital murder in the death of his girlfriends 2-year-old daughter, Victoria Viner.

JONES COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

Beat 3 Jones County Supervisor, Barry Saul, has been arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Saul, 41, was booked into the Jones county jail Tuesday night by Mississippi State troopers after being involved in an accident on Highway 11.  Troopers say that around 7:30pm Saul was rear-ended while attempting to make a right hand turn just north of Magnolia Road.  After further investigation, Saul was transported to the jail on DUI first offense charges.  No one was injured in the accident.
