TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Toledo police need your help finding the suspect responsible for trying to steal a local woman's assistance dog.

Police say Quincy Matthews tried to steal Arrica Okenka's service dog two weeks ago on a TARTA bus.

Surveillance video shows Matthews hovering near Okenka and her dog, Ingrid, then grabbing for the leash.

Okenka needs her 5-year-old golden retriever because she has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair.
