Mount Olive resident sets up lemonade stand in honor of grandfather

MOUNT OLIVE, MS (WDAM) -

Many Mount Olive residents cooled off with a cold glass of lemonade on Friday.

Four-year-old Tyler Nicholson set up his lemonade stand in honor of his grandfather, Dwight Easterling, who is a cancer survivor.

Tyler has set up his stand for the past three years in hopes to put "a squeeze" against cancer and raise money to help a very important cause.

“The money goes to the cancer society,” said Tyler.

Tyler says he hopes to raise $200 to donate to the American Cancer Society.

“I think it’s neat,” says grandfather, Dwight. “It’s not just for me; it’s for cancer awareness, to help find a cure for everybody.”
