A Cuyahoga County Judge has just laid out strict ground rules for any reporter covering or any spectator watching the court proceedings of Ariel Castro.

Judge Michael Russo has just filed a court order.

The new rules include: anyone entering the courtroom will be searched, no one can enter the courtroom while court is in session, the number of spectators will be based on the number of available seats, no standing allowed, and the use of cell phones, text messaging or other devices during courtroom proceedings is prohibited.

The court has set up a pool camera arrangement so that reporters can take a feed of the action off of one camera outside the courtroom.

Castro will be in court Wednesday morning for his second pre-trial.  He is accused of keeping Gina DeJesus, Amanda Berry and Michelle Knight captive in his Cleveland home for nearly a decade.

The Mississippi State Department of Health reported there are now 12 cases of West Nile Virus in our state Thursday morning. Although, every case is serious, that number pales in comparison, to the 247 cases in 2012. Still, you have to put a human face onto these figures to really know what this virus is capable of doing.
