Alleged Stone County dog hoarder ordered to pay $7,500 in fines, restitution

Shirley Gai was accused of hoarding more than 100 dogs in the Red Creek community in March. She later turned herself in.

Authorities said Gai must go through psychological counseling and will not be allowed to own pets.  Gai has also been fined $2,500 and ordered to pay another $5,000 in restitution. 

She's also been sentenced to one year of probation.
