HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

Folks who have a green thumb were hoping to take home a lot of blue ribbons at an annual flower show in the Hub City Saturday.

The 18th annual Daylily Show, "It's All About Daylilies" at the Lake Terrace Convention Center brought together competitors from all over our area.

Their daylilies were judged in several catagories.

The event also included a plant sale and a flower show presented by the Mississippi Flower Show Judges Council.

The show was hosted by the Hattiesburg Area Daylily Society.
