LAFAYETTE COUNTY, MS -

(WMC-TV) - The second man whose home was searched in connection with the ricin-laced letters sent to President Obama and other officials is in custody.

According to Lafayette County, Everett Dutschke is under arrest and charged, but they have not revealed exactly what he is charged with.

Dutschke's home in Tupelo was searched Tuesday after his name was brought up in the first ricin-related case against Kevin Curtis. Curtis, who lives in Corinth, was the first man arrested but charges against him were later dropped.

Lafayette County said it cannot say what Dutschke is charged with because it is a federal case.
