A Glendale couple have become Arizona's newest millionaires.

Terry and Cheri Westergard claimed the $6.7 million Pick jackpot from the April 20 drawing.

The Westergards said they were on there way home from a restaurant when they stopped at a Circle K at 5049i W. Peoria Ave. to buy ice.

As his wife got out of the car,Terry Westergard said, "you might as well get a Pick and a Powerball ticket while you're there," according to an Arizona Lottery official.

They checked their ticket against the winning numbers listed in a newspaper, and discovered they held the lone winner of the Pick's largest jackpot since April 2010, the official said.

The Westergards elected to take the cash option of $4,502,356.40.
