Pro-wrestling event hopes to benefit film production in Hattiesburg

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

It's slams for a cause as local wrestling organization, Powerslam Productions, holds ‘Brewsky's BRAWL'.

The show is Thursday, April 4 at 7 p.m. with $10 tickets (18+) and all proceeds are going to film production in Hattiesburg. There will be 6 wrestling matches including a tag team match featuring Total Nonstop Action Wrestling ‘Knockout' Taryn Terrell.

"Bringing film production to Hattiesburg is going to help the local economy. It's going to bring business to hotels and restaurants and it will open up the doors for a lot more work for people in Hattiesburg." said wrestler/promoter Wes Adams.

Tickets are still available and can either be purchased HERE or at Brewsky's located at 3818 W 4th St, in Hattiesburg.
