TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Patients getting treatment at Tucson Medical Center are about to get a big boost.  Today is the kickoff for the TMC Mega Raffle.

In the last couple weeks you've probably received one of the brochures in the mail. 2.1 million dollars in prizes are up for grabs and right now you can buy in and make a big difference!

"It's the type of project everyone can get behind it because healthcare is so important," Kathy Rice with the TMC Mega Raffle said.

You never know when you might need the help, but through the money raised from the TMC Mega Raffle patients will be able to experience an increased level of care at Tucson Medical Center.

Rice said, "Individuals who buy a ticket have a chance at our 2800 prizes. Odds of winning a prize are 1 in 20."

Great odds for some pretty incredible prizes! We're talking a brand new A.F. Sterling home you get to design yourself. 13 cars are up for grabs, including a 2013 Porsche Boxter.

You don't want to wait to get in on the raffle because tickets are limited. Each ticket costs $100 dollars and a set of three will run you $250.

Rice told Tucson News Now, "I know that there's a lot of people who procrastinate and I want to encourage everyone, tickets are limited, so you don't want to miss out."
