Protests rage in front of Hattiesburg tax service

Twenty-nine protesters gathered in front of "Integrity Tax Service" in Hattiesburg on Tuesday morning to express their outrage. Screaming "we want our money" and banging on the closed doors, residents said the fraudulent tax business had wrongly taken their money and then abruptly closed shop.  Hattiesburg resident William Beverly says "they took 900 hundred dollars from me to do my taxes, and then lied on the tax form to the IRS."

According to the City Tax Collectors Office, "Integrity Tax Service" was operating without a privileged tax license.

Seven on your Side attempted to contact the business for comment, but all numbers reached a disconnected line.
