Three Texas children safe, Amber Alert discontinued

The Texas Department of Public Safety has canceled the Amber Alerts for three Texas children.

Yaretzi Lincecum, 3, Calvin Lincecum, 4, and Yesenia Lincecum, 5, were brought into the Terrell Police Department by their father, Calvin Lincecum, 33, of McKinney just after 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

An Amber Alert for the children had been issued by the Department of Public Safety around 6:30 on Tuesday evening. The children had last been seen around 3:00 p.m.

According to WFAA.com, Lincecum had been with his children at their home with a babysitter on Tuesday afternoon when he was served with legal documents ordering him to stay away from the youngsters.
