Hattiesburg residents pinch tails for tornado relief

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

While it's been a month since the tornado, the effort relief continues.

Keg and Barrel hosted Pinching Tails for Relief on Sunday.

With 6,000 pounds of crawfish, hundreds of residents pinched tails all day long, and enjoyed music by Mississippi Shakedown, Rooster Blues, Davis Coen, and Wes Lee.

Along with music and crawfish, the all-you-can-eat event also included 400 pounds of Bop's Frozen Custard.

Profits will be donated to Christian Services, and the City of Petal and Hattiesburg for tornado relief.

The event was made possible thanks to Southern Seafood and The Depot Coffeehouse & Bistro.
