An East Texas man is back in jail and charged with murder after he bonded out of jail earlier this week.
51-year-old Richard Lee Hunt was arrested Wednesday morning and was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the shooting of Tony Tillman. Hunt later bonded out of jail. Saturday Tony Tillman died from his injuries, and shortly thereafter Hunt was re-arrested and charged with first degree murder.
Hunt's bond has been set at $750-thousand dollars, and he remains in the Smith County Jail.
