JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Melissa (Missy) Westerman has accepted the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller for Florida East Coast Railway, effective April 2, 2013.

Ms. Westerman has more than 16 years of experience in corporate accounting, and has served at CSX for over eleven years in various roles, including Assistant Vice President Capital Planning & Enterprise Risk Management and Assistant Controller.
"Missy brings a wealth of rail experience to this important position, along with a proven track record of achieving results," said John Brenholt, Chief Financial Officer at FEC.
Prior to joining CSX, Ms. Westerman spent several years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen as a Senior Auditor.
Ms. Westerman graduated from the University of Florida with both BS and Masters degrees in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
