Woman treated for smoke inhalation in Phoenix fire

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A Phoenix woman was treated for smoke inhalation after she escaped from her burning home Sunday afternoon, fire authorities said.

At least six cats died in the fire that broke out at 1314 W. Monroe at around 1:45 p.m.

Phoenix fire officials said the home is a total loss.

Fire investigators are trying to determine how the blaze started.

No other information was immediately available.
