ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
Monroe High's Jawaski Randle is taking his versatile football talents to Miles College.
Randle signed his scholarship in front of family, teammates and friends Thursday afternoon at the Monroe media center.
Jawaski was a four year starter at Monroe and coach Charles Truitt says Miles College coaches believe Randle can play this fall.
Though the coaches are going to wait and see if he will play defense or offense.
The chance to play right away has Jawaski very excited.
Randle though also has a high grade point average and it is a college education he covets the most at Miles College.
"Growing up you always think of that day. signing and going to the next level and play. try to go to at least the next level as far as the NFL. I just want to go in and get a good education and try to compete for a couple of SIAC championships," said Jawaski Randle.
Jawaski Randle was a first team all region 1-AAAA selection last year.
